The Robert Kroetsch Award for Innovative Poetry is awarded annually to the best poetry manuscript by an emerging North American writer (a writer who has published two or fewer books). Each year, the winning manuscript will be selected by an established poet in cooperation with Insomniac Press and Matrix magazine. This year’s judge is the award-winning and internationally celebrated poet George Elliott Clarke.
