The next Dead Poets reading will take place at the Vancouver Public Library’s Central Branch on September 16, 2018, from 3-4:30 PM. The reading will be hosted in the Montalbano Family Theatre, a brand new theatre space on the library’s 8th floor. It will feature:

• Roy Kiyooka (1926 – 1994), read by Jen Sookfong Lee
• Mark Strand (1934 – 2014), read by Shazia Hafiz Ramji
• Rainer Maria Rilke (1875 – 1926), read by Benjamin Hertwig
• Sharron Proulx-Turner (1953 – 2016), read by Jonina Kirton
