E. Pauline Johnson was a Canadian writer and performer popular in the late 19th century notable for her poems and performances that celebrated her Indigenous heritage.

The Chiefswood Board of Trustees invites all to celebrate E. Pauline Johnson at the Chiefswood National Historic Site. The evening’s events will include a tour of the birthplace and childhood home of Johnson, a theatrical performance by Cheri Maracle and a collectible and antique book display of Johnson’s works.
