Common Readings is a monthly neighbourhood reading series, by candlelight, the third Monday of each month, hosted by Daniel Renton, mostly, at the Belljar Cafe in Toronto. One of the fundamental goals at Common Readings is to create an environment that supports all aspects of diversity within the Toronto community and beyond. Another goal is to create a forum where both emerging and established writers can be exposed to new work from those at differing stages of their career.
