The Mountains to Sea Book Festival in Dún Laoghaire Rathdown County Council is delighted to announce the lineup for the 2013 festival. Opening the festival will be the multi awarding winning Margaret Atwood who will read from the third book in her dystopian triology MaddAddam; Seamus Heaney is making a welcome return to the Poetry Now strand of the festival and Charlie Higson of the Fast Show will thrill younger audiences with his latest installment of zombie horror.
