Cobourg Poet Laureate Ted Amsden describes the upcoming festival of poetry in Cobourg, Ontario as follows: “During this three day weekend, poets will declaim, proclaim, generally read and deliver themselves of joyful heartfelt, art-bent, inspired-words that will have Cobourg’s psyche throbbing with a kaleidoscope of brilliant emotions and sky-rocketing thoughts.”
