“The Word Is Wild Literary Festival” will be held at The Arlington Hotel, in Maynooth, Ontario, on June 6th and 7th. There’s a great line-up of talented folks who will be coming to the area to present and discuss their work. These include well-known Canadian novelist and short story writer, Ursula Pflug, who’ll also be holding writing workshops, and poet/novelist, Bob MacKenzie, from Kingston, who will be sharing his knowledge and expertise during a poetry and “how to give effective public readings” workshop. The Ontario Poetry Society is also participating and will be holding some special events in Lake St. Peter, on June 7th.
