YorkSLAM is a poetry slam and open mic series in Richmond Hill now entering its third year. They have been providing a stage and audience for local performers from 16 to 64. If you are looking for a safe place to explore your creativity, find your voice and share your work then you’re invited to join them. Most newcomers are recommended to hit up the open mic and test the waters in a pressure free environment.
