Supported by Arts Nova Scotia and in partnership with the Halifax Regional Municipality and the Halifax Public Libraries, the Writers’ Federation of Nova Scotia (WFNS) is bringing Poetry in Motion to Halifax. A public poetry art project, Poetry in Motion will feature short poems and excerpts from longer poems on transit ads in buses; digital signs at libraries, ferry terminals, and recreation centres; and printed postcards throughout the Halifax Regional Municipality.

The following are the ten poets whose work will be featured as part of Poetry in Motion’s inaugural year:
