Hazel and Jay MillAr of BookThug offer their House Reading Series called HIJ, which takes place once a month, on (or around) the third Sunday of the month, and features writers reading their work in a salon style setting in the Millar home followed by a discussion and author Q&A. A new issue of HIJ Journal, featuring new work by the readers, will also be produced each month and be available for purchase. This month, the featured writers are Andre Alexis and Baziju, aka: Roo Borson and Kim Maltman.
