Claudia Rankine was a 2022 Griffin Poetry Prize judge. She is Professor of Creative Writing at NYU, chancellor of the Academy of American Poets, and the author of many works, including Citizen: An American Lyric (2014), The White Card: A Play (2019),and Just Us (2020).
